This tool (3D LASER SCANNER) makes it possible to obtain an extremely precise three-dimensional survey of the scanned elements, with a tolerance of 3 mm over a target distance of 50 m, while optimizing office post-processing times. The technicians responsible for post-processing the information collected during the survey phase have developed qualified expertise in using the equipment, as well as in programming and developing the three-dimensional environment generated from the scan.

Il dispositivo hardware è sostanzialmente un laser scanner terrestre “LEICA SCAN STATION P20” ad alta precisione per la scansione tridimensionale di qualsiasi tipologia di manufatto/oggetto esistente. La parte software è affidata a due moduli: “Leica Cyclone REGISTER” che è il software che permette l’elaborazione dei dati derivati dal dispositivo scanner e “Leica Cyclone MODEL” che è il software dedicato all’esportazione/importazione dei dati elaborati in CAD (e in altre applicazioni) e per la modellazione automatizzata di precisione degli stessi.
